For IRC Newbies:
Here are a list of commands that you can use to chat.
- To change your nickname: type /nick yournewnick
- To do an action: type /me youraction Examples can be: /me grins or /me blinks .
- To quit the chat: type /quit . Note: if you would like to write a cute little quit message, type /quit yourmessage
- To send someone a private message, type /msg theirnick yourmessage
